Works really great. Is not a transformer. Works for things which have a 220v but 110v connection with 5v outputs. So basically any phone / laptop transformer can plug into it. USB 3 works with any phone or other cable. There are actualy 4 plugs in each 2 USB, 1 grounded 110V plug recepticle with ground and one without a ground.

Worked like a charm, and were exactly what we needed for tiny Spanish hotel rooms with a single outlet and no USBs!

These plug adapters were exactly what I was looking for. They work in Europe and other North African countries (check the full list on the product page). The 2 USB ports are very convenient. The only reason Im taking away one star is that the prongs are not foldable, which required some consideration on how Ill place these in the bag when travelling (you dont want the prongs to be near something that can break easily). Also, the USB power is good if youre charging one item at a time. If you try and charge 2, then the power distribution will be divided on 2 devices, and that takes forever! I would use the 2 at the same time if Im not in a hurry, like charging overnight. Otherwise, make sure youre using just one.

Used these adapters while in Ireland and they worked perfectly.

Used these on a trip to Paris last month, they worked 100%. Will be using them again when I go to Peru next year.
