This was a great deal for an awesome product.

I ordered this to replace my O’Cedar mop head. I thought I was ordering the original however this was an equivalent. It was quite softer than the original…more fluffier feeling. In my opinion it does not clean as well the original but is highly comparable. It was easy to use and assemble to mop. I would definitely buy again for the price.

Easy to use

I opened the package and realized that the product was not what I thought I had ordered. I could feel the big difference between the O’Cedar mophead material and these. I went to the product page, read the reviews and realized that these fluffy microfiber heads were going to be a problem. I tested one out and sure-enough, it had way too much water in it after a good long spin. Well...I hate returning things and gave some thought as to what to do with the 3 heads that I had ordered. Then it hit me....WASHING WINDOWS. I put very hot water into the bucket, put the mophead on, dipped it in the water, then gave it a spin. The long handle made it EASY to wash down my whole livingroom picture window in a minute. I used no cleaner...just hot water. The excess water in the mop was just enough to allow me to do a fast scrub. I then swapped-out the wet mophead for a clean DRY mophead and wiped the window dry. End result? My window is sparkling clean and I didn’t have to use a step-ladder for the first time in FOREVER. I love the O’Cedar mops for floors, but also for mopping ceilings and walls when I DEEP clean. Now I have a third use for them...WINDOWS! Microfiber cloths are my normal cleaning-day rags for windows; so why not these mop heads?? Give it a try if you end up keeping them. :).

I love my mop and bucket and the ability to buy refills for the mop. The mop refills are well-made absorbent and fit snuggly onto the mop handle thank you so much for a great product.

So I didnt want to pay the huge price for the O-Cedar ones and gave these a try. If I hadnt used them the day after I used the O-Cedar ones I may not have noticed a difference. But I did use them the day after and I did notice a difference. They are fluffy and absorb more water than the O-Cedar which makes them more difficult to wring out. I pump the O-Cedar on average three times to drain the water and four times on average with these. So in the long run, they take more work to use these than the O-Cedar. They dont slide as well as the O-Cedar. The O-Cedar just feels like a smoother mop which of course leads to these being more work. They seem well made and they do work well so if you dont mind putting more effort into your cleaning the price break is substantial.
