I purchased one set for myself and when it arrived it was quickly snatched by my daughter. I ended up buying three more sets for each household in my immediate family. The clippers are very sharp and require very little force to actuate.

These clippers are very sharp. Im used to old clippers, but I lost them, and was shocked how sharp the edges of these are they also feel solidly made. I was afraid newer ones wouldnt be as durable. The lever is thicker than I expected and I think the lower surface is a very finely grained metal file. The edge clipper is one that I really wanted for those edges of toenail under the skin fold and it does get to there better than the normal clipper. I believe that the sharpness may be suitable for those who have thick toenails. The case is nice for storage and may prevent me from losing my clippers again.

Never knew there could be such a difference in clippers ... but these are outstanding. They clip easily and cleanly, with a very nice case.
