These Teflon sheets are WONDERFUL. Wish I’d had them years ago for my sewing projects. I’ll never work without them again. I used these to roll out cookie dough to make custom cookies for my sons wedding. These made the whole process go much faster. I was able to roll, chill , cut AND Bake all on these sheets. I only wish I had bought more. I used them for multiple batches which I could not do with parchment. When I figured out I could do everything on the same sheet, that made the cookies turn out much nicer because then they did not get distorted by lifting and moving them. I just removed the excess dough around the cookie and baked
