They are just a fun thing for people to wear outdoors to keep the sun off. Not particularly sturdy. But, inexpensive.

Dorky but perfect. They keep your head cool and airy. It’s an umbrella you don’t have to hold. Used it everyday on boat on vacation and daughter’s friend loved it too.

My son saw these at a street fair, but the merchant was too busy doing something else to help us, so I came to Amazon. We got three for the price of one. They fit his head and mine. His only complaint was he thought they would be more comfortable because they poke into your head some.
