Teflon sheets worked excellent! I’m still using them! I would have still been using the 1st sheet at it not gotten some form of grease or stain on it. Very well made product!

None of the descriptions really tell if the surface is totally smooth. It is not totally smooth. There is a slight texture. I have not tried these with my macaron business, but will use them for other cooking.

I have only used one so far from the pack of 5. They seem to do exactly what they were made for. Sometimes I have issues with it sticking to the top of the heat press, but overall it is a good purchase.
