The tumblers were nice, but there were no straws or brushes included, as mentioned in the description.

I would never purchase this brand again. I cant even keep ice in any of the 4 for 2 hours. I made it a habit years ago to test the integrity of a cup before selling them. I will not sell this one. They did sublimate pretty nice, but the integrity is just not up to snuff. I guess you do get what you pay for...additionally, the piece that keeps the lid leakproof on the vent hole (not the straw hole) is stuck inside of the slider on one of them and there is no way to get it out of there. Bad experience all the way around on this one.

I don’t make/sell many 30oz tumblers, but when I need a small amount of them, this is where I get them. Great product, haven’t had any issues to date.

I have tried to reach out, one of the lids is broken and can not find anyplace to get a replacement. The tumblers came quickly, just need to get the lid replaced.

Nice sublimation tumblers come in gift boxes with straws and cleaning brush sublimated well as long as they dont change Ill buy again

My order is missing the 4 bent straws. The shrink sleeves are horrible. They kept melting while I was trying to shrink them on the cups. Heat was on low and wasnt even very close to the cup.

We bought these to make memorial cups. Turned out perfectly

Love the tumblers I purchase many times!! They always come with 2 straws but my last 3 purchases I’m starting to get only 1 straw for each tumbler which is a bummer now. Wonder what’s going on with that only reason I’m giving a 3 stars
