> 3 dayThis pack of wire brushes is so economical I use them for a variety of uses and consider them disposable. Hubby uses them in for cleaning rust off tools and equipment, corrosion off batteries, etc. I use them to scrub clean the grout in our swimming pool, to etch wood for crafting projects, and so much more. This particular brand has good sturdy handles. I’ve been using them several weeks now, and none have broken. The wires don’t fall out of the brush head easily, so that’s another plus. I know I’ll always keep a box of these on hand, and have no problem recommending them.

> 3 dayNot sure if they are actually brass?? Appear to be gold-ish colored steel. They work okay, but the bristles bend flat a lot quicker than some of the real brass brushes I have. For the price and quantity they are worth it. If you are buying them as softer than steel brass bristle brushed, Id keep looking.

> 3 dayThese are magnetic. Brass is not magnetic. Must be colored steel. Defeats the whole purpose.
