Only thing is that the batteries that arrived with product dont work.

The older remote quite working. This replacement works just fine.

After putting the batteries in it worked fine. No programming to do. Wish I had known about it sooner. Old remote stopped working but the new one is great!

Like previous reviews have said, it was easy to set up and use. Since I bought the remote for my 90 year old father, these were definitely important factors in my purchasing decision.
