Difficult to use. Requires patience and time that I dont have. Save your money.

I tried to pair this device to 3 different devices with no luck Turns out the problem was on my side all works ok now

All the display language was in Chinese. Since no other reviewer complained about this issue, Im guessing I got a unit intended for the China market. The English instructions were so small I needed a magnifying glass to read them, and I had to get my teenage neighbor to read them for me. But that was little help as the instructions were obviously written by someone who was not fluent in English, and neither I nor my neighbor could understand the convoluted and overly complicated controls. The instructions say it supports 25 languages, but to change the display to English you have to go through several steps in the menu and they are all written in Chinese as well! We tried every button and never could figure out how to change the language. All I really wanted was an mp3 player, and the buttons had symbols for their basic functions, so I assumed I could figure it out. But even downloading songs onto it required going through steps in the menu. After half an hour trying to get it to work, I gave up. Im returning it for a different model.

The audio is a bit sketchy and the plug for earbuds does not fit - the hole is too large for the earbuds, or earbuds are too small for the hole.

I was looking for usb-c mp3 player for faster charging and transfer. In the description it was saying it comes with usb-c cable. Its a normal usb-micro

Well made and functional for price. I stored 641 Metal MP3 tracks on the included storage. I was looking only for that feature of 30 hours of my music to fit, so Im happy. It is well made and comes 99% charged. Fits in the size large mans glove palm of hand.

The instructions were only in Chinese, and the bluetooth function didnt work.

Could not load new music/data to this unit. No instructions came with unit. Several savy IT friends attempted and were unable to load new music! Very disappointing ☹️

I bought this to replace my old Ipod and I have not been disappointed. So far the battery life has been excellent, I use it a few hours a week and it still has over 50% charge on it. Much better than my ipod, even new I dont think it did that well. Time will tell of course. The user interface is easy to understand and use the soft buttons to navigate menus. They are responsive and dont seem too delicate. The sound reproduction is good and the bluetooth range is great as well. I only use it for working out, so I only use the bluetooth and music but even on their own, I would say this is a good product.

The enclosed instructions are printed so small you can barely read them even with a magnifying glass, so setup is more difficult than it should be. Made in China, so maybe that plays a part. Performs as expected.
