It is sandpaper and it works well with my sander. I cut a sheet into fourths, and it was the perfect size.

Good item, do recommend this item with the B&D sanders. It can be resized as you wish. Good quality for sanding.

Fine sandpaper but I did not receive an assortment as stated it all was 100 grit instead but fine quality

Its what you expect, gritty stuff. Always seems to wear prematurely no matter what brand you buy these days though.
