I used this product for coverage of abrasions on the sides of my feet. Will also be using them to cover my diabetic button that I have to change every 2 weeks. I like that it provides cover, holds up well and and is not very expensive. think I have found a winner. Thank you!

It gives good protection. Buyer should be aware that several days of application will produce irritation from the adhesive.

Love these because the adhesive is strong enough to keep them on even when put through a few showers before they peel off. Just apply a dab of Vaseline to wound before applying tagaderm so that the adhesive doesn’t stick to the injury itself. Edges eventually tend to naturally peel up a bit at the edges over time (you may also notice water will get under the bandage while showering too when the seal has come too loose; this is a great sign that it’s time to reapply a new tagaderm.), they’re then easy to remove. I worked in a hospital and saw these used post-surgery over incisions and injuries all the time and am now using them myself for the same reason, and no other bandages compare.

I had this on my leg laceration for a week, didnt even know it was there. Took showers & baths daily and wasnt it wasnt affected in the least. You just have to get used to trying a new technology, but these work great for cuts and scrapes.

good quality for the price

Ive been using these for a couple years now to cover and protect my Freestyle Libre sensor on my arm. They are SOOOO much cheaper than the round adhesive patches that are sold to cover and protect the sensors. These are extremely waterproof, and they last about 5 to 7 days before they start peeling at the edges and have to be removed and replaced. I am usually sensitive to adhesives, easily getting a small rash from some, but these dont seem to bother me at all. I swim a lot, and these perform very well in that regard. Same goes for showers, they are 100 percent waterproof! In the summer when one tends to sweat, I may only get 3-5 days out of one before sweating tends to contribute to them starting to come off. But if you buy a big box, they are pretty cheap for the quality of coverage you will get. As for adhesion, I may see some edges starting to lose their stick, after a couple days, but the rest of the patch is well-adhered, and will not come away from the skin anymore than that.
