> 3 dayThis is what you need if you are using it to sharpen along with a honing guide. Managed to get a great and sharp edge to a well used second hand plane. Works for chisels as well.

> 3 dayI ended up buying shapton stones because the money I would need to put into buying more of these did not make sense. I would be happier if I received all the correct grits as advertised.

> 3 dayUsed a large granite cutting board to put 6 on one surface. Adhesive is great. I can now hone my tools to razor sharpness in a seconds. Dont know about the durability yet.

> 3 dayI bought these to see how well they could do for getting a mirror edge on my Spyderco knives with my KME. So far not bad, I cut strips to fit on my glass slides like my diamond tape and so far so good. While not as good as my diamond tape, for the price its very good. I would buy them again.

> 3 dayWorks as promised, however this set needs either a 5 or a 6um to make it a decent product.I trim them into 4×1 strips for my KME sharpening system.

Greater than one weekSheets work very well. Problem is durability and quantity. Most will never need all 9 films, youre better off buying sheets of 9x11 in grit needed. You can also get Diamond film from KME which lasts way longer. KME gives you five 4x1 slabs which last about 5+ times longer. These are nice due to size but dont help me. When using KME these sheets will get you through 1 maybe 2 knives that need moderate work. The KME ones will get you through 7 or more as they are diamond. ALWAYS remember to hone away from edge if you push towards edge you will cut film and ruin it. If using KME system you will need a glass blank for film(or alum/glass blank) for backing. The film removes better from glass

Greater than one weekGreat product, I mounted 6 of the sheets (cut in half) on a 1cm thick sheet of float glass. They all worked great on the 25 degree bevel for push-pull, but for the 30 degree bevel its much safer to use the pull method, to avoid tearing the sheet.

> 3 dayThe adhesive backing on these super fine abrasive sheets allow you to attach the to a smooth rigid surface.
