My alarm company wanted $59 for 2 doors PER MONTH and $34 dollars for additional doors PER MONTH. I couldnt do it... I bought this kit, installed it myself in less than a day and had it working. Its been running for 4 months now and I have had ZERO issues. I needed to call support a couple of times (mostly to verify what I was doing) and they were quick & responsive... I work in the Electronic Security Industry - I needed a cost effective system to install at my wifes workplace. This system seemed to fit the bill. I am really impressed with the quality of the equipment - especially in comparison to the commercial equipment that I am used to working with. The software is a little different than what I am used to but it has all the features I needed. The vendor has been extremely responsive to questions and helped me get through every question I posed - very quickly. Overall, this is a great little system and you cant beat the price.

Great documentation and demo videos.If you write to support they have other supporting products as well that you can add to the kit.

I have been installing and programming access control systems for over 20 years and this system is about as good as it gets. The default install has some of the more complexed features hidden, but an e-mail to support quickly gave us the features we wanted. We had an issue that I thought was a programming issue, but when I emailed support they quickly replied that it sounding more like two wires were connected incorrectly. They were right. This is a top notch system, with top notch support!

First of all, this product is a great value for its price! I have had this for a month and is working great. I will soon be moving the database to a new pc and needed to test. I then sent an email to the support team and they answered me right away! No kidding, within minute or 2. I inquired about how to move the database over or upload the backup. It was as easy as 1, 2, 3...The instructions given by Xiang Yun was easy to follow and when I followed those instructions, the system was operational on the new pc. These guys are great! I thought it was all talk but nope, I experienced their great support and easy install of their product. 5 stars all the way!

Great value for the money. It was easy to install. There was a little confusion on how to connect RFID readers and how to make initial configuration in the software, but it was resolved quickly by tech support in China over the Skype call and chat. The software that was downloaded from the link provided by tech support expired after about 60 days. Tech support provided necessary registration into. Just be little patient with them and they will resolve all your issues.

Was looking for Great Access Controller System with Phone App and with no monthly or monitoring fees. Support is within 24 hours, I had to ask for the registration code. Other than that manuals are very clear. Pictures are color. Support Staff is very friendly. Im very satisfied. Thank you

This is a great system. The controller works amazing. This was my first weigand system and it was actually pretty easy to set up and install. The seller includes great tutorials and videos as well with the product CD. His support is great. He really cares about his customers.

I got prices from 6 access system companies and got prices from $5000.00 to $20000.00 for a system that can handle 4 doors. This system cost a fraction of even the least expensive system. It works exactly as described. I did have some questions when setting everything up. I emailed for help and got a reply within 20 minutes every time. The problem was my fault in not following the install guide correctly. I would recommend this access control system to anyone that wants to have complete control of who has access to their building.
