> 3 dayFirst of all, this product is a great value for its price! I have had this for a month and is working great. I will soon be moving the database to a new pc and needed to test. I then sent an email to the support team and they answered me right away! No kidding, within minute or 2. I inquired about how to move the database over or upload the backup. It was as easy as 1, 2, 3...The instructions given by Xiang Yun was easy to follow and when I followed those instructions, the system was operational on the new pc. These guys are great! I thought it was all talk but nope, I experienced their great support and easy install of their product. 5 stars all the way!

> 3 dayI have been installing and programming access control systems for over 20 years and this system is about as good as it gets. The default install has some of the more complexed features hidden, but an e-mail to support quickly gave us the features we wanted. We had an issue that I thought was a programming issue, but when I emailed support they quickly replied that it sounding more like two wires were connected incorrectly. They were right. This is a top notch system, with top notch support!

> 3 dayYou cant go wrong. If you attempt an install yourself and run into trouble. They are there for you. I recommend drawing your own schematics to keep track of each color of each device.

Greater than one weekI got prices from 6 access system companies and got prices from $5000.00 to $20000.00 for a system that can handle 4 doors. This system cost a fraction of even the least expensive system. It works exactly as described. I did have some questions when setting everything up. I emailed for help and got a reply within 20 minutes every time. The problem was my fault in not following the install guide correctly. I would recommend this access control system to anyone that wants to have complete control of who has access to their building.

29-11-2024I was in a pickle. I had an impending glass door install and needed a fob reader and access system installed quickly. I was understandably skeptical because this product was so inexpensive. So I carefully unpacked it to be prepared to return it. Much to my surprise it worked great! To expedite my install I asked a question of tech support, figuring it would take a day or more to get a response. Twelve minutes later I had my answer. It was completely installed and running 48 hours after it was received. The tech support is so good itll make your head spin. I never leave or trust reviews but this is so good it would be wrong not to make others aware of it. If you look carefully, youll see some bad reviews too. These folks either had improper expectations set, or did not have the previous experience with low voltage wiring to properly set it up.

> 3 dayMy lodge was looking for an upgrade to our old lodge access system. In my research, I reached out to another fellow lodge and they recommended this system. Installation is very easy. Installing the software on the computer required my son who is a software engineer to help me, but he installed and was ready to test the connection between the computer and the controller in 5 minutes. A time saver for anyone who has a large number of employees or members is that you can input the membership role from an Excel Spreadsheet. My only wish is that I had the names inputted into the software database using the Last Name, First Name, MI format. Not a big deal as we use membership numbers and that is actually an easier way to search. The software manual takes some getting used to as it is translated from Chinese. I recommend that as you learn how to maneuver your way around the software, create your own manual. The software, like most packages Ive used in my career, offers multiple ways to accomplish the same task. While I was waiting on the having the system installed, I had a number of questions. The technical support has been very good. I use email to ask my questions and they respond with a day or two. It helps to take a photo or screenshot of your question/problem to help speed up the reply. My suggestion to the vendor: 1) Have someone improve the English in your software manual. While it is okay for someone who is literate in software, making it easier for the working man to understand how to easily use the program; 2) Make is simple to find matching components and access devices (fobs or card keys) to purchase that match your system (frequency, etc). I also recommend that prior to rolling out, that you get a couple people who are proficient in using the software. It is simple to add names and assign devices, but not everyone is your organization will be comfortable with using the software and it is best to limit who has access to minimize problems from too many hands. Overall, Im very happy with the purchase and recommend that you consider it.

> 3 dayI just needed the product for basic access control into our office. As I learned more and more about the software, I realized all of the uses I could have for it, including attendance tracking. I was able to connect with their tech support online and they helped me with some issues of getting the software running properly. they were very prompt and very helpful. I would recommend and buy again if needed.
