They show that they can go either way…and they technically can. They drill the wholes so that the screws sit flush when the go under the shelf. If you want them up the sides of the shelf like I did, then the screws will not sit flush. To me it’s not the biggest issue because that part is underneath the shelf and you don’t really look at that part.

While the brackets themselves were nice, the screws and anchors didn’t work. We now have holes in our walls and have to figure something else out - spending additional money.

Great brackets, well manufactured, good design and finish. Also well packed so did not arrive with nicks or scratches. Hardware worked great, including wall anchors. Highly recommend.

As promised beautiful

I bought these brackets to use some of the laminate counter left over for my kitchen as shelving. These were heavy duty and relatively easy to install… I like that you can install the brackets a few different ways depending on the look you’re going for.

Brackets themselves are of great quality. However the hardware to install the shelves are lacking. The anchors and screws are not matching. Had 4 large hole in drywall. Luckily I had laying around the anchors in the picture. The black screws that came with the brackets work perfect with the aftermarket anchors. Overall a great product just need new anchors.

Better than expected!

I thought it would be flimsy - but they were not. Good product and good bargain. Worth buying them :-) I bought 2 boxes (total of 8). Placed an inch thick wood - 40 inches length and 8 inches wide.

The shelf brackets themselves are nice but the hardware is horrible. The anchors did not work whatsoever and it took probably 4 hours of trial and error with other hardware. We ended up having to use toggle bolts.

Sturdy, look great, well built - no complaints! Will likely buy more in the future.
