Very nice feel, excellent and for a lot of compliments. A bit too pricey though.

This is perfect for a “personal item” on the airplane. I have bought so many suitcases that were supposed to fit under the seat and didn’t. This one does!!!

Used on Spirit for 4 flights as a personal item and on several weekend trips. It was tight, but we fit a 4 day cruise in this bag. I couldn’t believe it. Definitely worth every penny.

Worked perfectly on Allegiant airlines under the seat- cannot believe how much that little suitcase fits!

I was in a bind my clothing fit in my carry-on bag and personal size bag (smaller than this one) but my essential bpap machine would not. I took a chance and ordered this bag 3 days before flying and it was receiving in 2 days..yay.. The bag WORKS bpap fits with extra room around it to put toiletries so other essentials can go in carry-on. Happy to have this as I will be flying Spirit next year and others have said this is the only bag allowed without a fee. I wish the other matching bag wasnt over the carry-on size I would have bought it to match.

I choose this bag out of several choices because it was light weight and small enough to be considered carry-on.

Works great with Frontier and is so much easier than lugging a backpack.

I bought this to take my laptop with me when I travel, being that my laptop is 17 inches long, I thought perfect fit. I literally have to squeeze it into the space for it to fit (without the protective carrying case as it will not fit with that.) The zippers are very difficult to work as well as using the velcro to put the handles together (the word stiff comes to mind.) The zipper part that the handle goes into is a bit annoying but I see the perks that it may have when trying to put the case in a tight space.
