Could not get hold of this product in Australia, so had to order it from the USA. Storing all my LH rods and all other welding rods to protect again moisture(subtropical climate here). Great storage device.

These work great for keeping your rod dry and free from oxidizing. I’m a welder by profession and I have a bunch of these to keep my rod dry. Rod is not cheap so these help a bunch with waste.

I bought several hundred pounds of welding rod at auction. Unfortunately most of it was open carton,open metal can or just loose rod in random boxes. I didnt want moisture to destroy the flux so I have been ordering plastic rod tubes to store it in. I have ordered Forney tubes but they were 15+ dollars each so I wanted a cheaper alternative. I saw these for 12 dollars and change so I thought I would give them a try and they are almost the equivalent of the Forney tubes. They do not have the rod separators or the belt clip like the Forney version but I took out the separators anyway and I dont need a belt clip. I am well satisfied with this brand and will buy them again if I need more in the future. I wish I had seen them first as I could have saved some money!
