Greater than one weekThese are smaller than you think. Personally, I like the size for traveling. I purchased labels with the over-the-counter medication‘s labels from a seller on Etsy and these cases work perfect. Seems to be a decent value for money.

Greater than one weekI love the 4 pack because I fill all 4 with common over the counter meds one 1/2 adult and 1/2 kids and keep one in each vehicle one in my sports bag and one in my purse... always have what I need or what anyone else seems to need.

> 3 dayI use one in the car, one at work and 2 for travel. The larger compartments could fit my daily vitamins and the smaller ones are great for pain meds. However note that the corners are rounded so one or two less pills fit in those slots. Come together easy and nice sturdy closure.
