No more fumbling to figure out which chain I want and easier on guests. They are lighter weight than the ones they replaced so running into them is less of a problem (the fan is in the middle of the room). The only problem I had is that one had its chain holder stuck inside. After removing it the top of the little chain connector was crimped. It needed to be replaced. You can get kits with longer chains and extra connectors.

I like that these thread thru the opening instead of just attached at the end. The other ones broke off really easy that came with the fans. Easy to adjust as well.

The icons of the fan and light bulb help me and my guests operate the fan without issue. The weight helps keep the chains stationary at higher fan speeds where a slight wobble may exist. The weight makes me believe these of are decent quality and the ease of installation makes this upgrade take seconds to complete.

Well, I dont feel as short! Easy to install, great color, length and weighted pulls. I should have bought these two years ago when I moved in, but somehow standing on my tiptoes to work the fan and the light seemed like a good idea instead of spending a few dollars. Go for comfort and quality people! You dont need to be reminded how short you are every time you want to turn on the light!!
