Im the kind of guy who hates clutter, especially when it comes to wires. Cable ties exist in various sizes in my tool box and they work most of the time.

Its wire loom tape. Best to get a couple boxes if doing an entire harness. It comes with a lot, but it doesnt take long to be finishing a roll and on to the next one. Not a complaint against the tape, its simply the nature of the job.
