This backpack has lots of storage options and seems to be well-built. Its not the most rugged material, but then again, Im not hiking Mt. Everest!! Its not too heavy and has all sorts of pockets and a charging port. I dont have a laptop, but it would accommodate one nicely. The fabric was water-resistant on a drizzly outing. I took off one star because I wish all of the zipper opened in two directions instead on just one. However, at a price point of under $40, its a good value!

This is a great backpack whether you carry a large laptop or small laptop, tablet or just books and you favorite MP4 player. plenty of pockets for large and small items. USB port to use however your imagination directs you. Quality craftsmanship feels like it will last for a long time even with rough use.

Heavy duty materials and workmanship, more zippered compartments than you can shake a stick at. This is one of the best laid out designs I have seen in awhile and I go through a lot of backpacks. More than enough room if this will be a childs backpack for schoolwork AND sports gear. If you were looking for one specifically to hold electronics this is excellent for that, and the pass through power charging is a nice bonus (you supply the power bank). The zippers never get caught, the padding is generous and feels good once on. The waterproof material is both effective (yes I dump water on all my new bags) and yet still looks nice and not like cheaper plastic-looking bags of the past. Truly recommend this one if you need a well thought-out larger bag to hold everything in one place.

The bag is thin and flimsy. All the straps pooped including the handle . My son had his school Chromebook and his notebook in his bag and the bag fell apart while he was in school.

If you are looking for a big backpack, your search has just ended. This backpack can easily hold a 17 laptop, several large binders, and lots of books. This makes it a perfect backpack for high school through college. The material for this backpack is lightweight, but seems strong. It has also been treated so it doesnt soak up the rain. Speaking of rain, I was very happy to see the hole for headphone cables was placed on the side of the backpack rather than at the top. Ive had too many backpacks with that ridiculous headphone hole positioned perfectly to let rain and snow into the bag. Glad to see someone figured out that having a hole at the top of the backpack isnt the best idea. There are some things to watch out for. When I first received the backpack there was a large string hanging from one of the seams. I carefully cut the string to avoid having anything unravel, and I have yet to see any residual damage. So Im fairly sure the string was properly tied off, just not properly cut off. Also be aware that there arent any small pockets. There are plenty of pockets, but they are big. This was a deal breaker for my wife, as she prefers to keep things well organized in many small compartments. I however am fine with throwing a bunch of stuff into the big pockets and just fish around for whatever I need. My biggest complaint about this backpack is that there isnt a pocket for the USB battery charger. If you attach a battery pack to this backpack, its just going to lay at the bottom of the middle compartment. I was pretty surprised at this oversight, as most backpacks in this price range will provide a secure pocket for the battery pack. Then again, not that many people really use this feature, so its definitely not a show stopper. Overall, this is a fantastic backpack for anyone looking for one that is on the larger side.

The fabric or material does not look the same as the picture posted in the advertisement, especially the outside. The way they shipped the bag to customers is that the bag was folded in half. When the customer received it, the bag is always bent. They should not have to fold the bag just to save space on shipping. With this price point of around $40, I think the material is in that range. I think this bag is a big one for 17 inches laptop, it should have a front chest lock to make it more comfortable to carry. And at the bottom part should have added better protection for the computer. Other than those negative comments, the bag has all functionalities as advertised. The laptop slot is so huge. You can put a gaming laptop.

I like it. This backpack is large enough for my laptop and books. Love the charging port access. Would recommend

Ive been rather happy with this backpack ever since I got it. My old backpack was falling apart after nine years, and I was concerned with finding a new one that had the same holding capacity as the old one. This one very much delivers. It has plenty of pockets to be able to hold everything and Im very much on board with the design. The front pocket is admittedly a bit narrow (a tad uncomfortable for people like me who have big hands). And I havent personally made use of the USB port capabilities since thats not necessary for what I use in a backpack. But a few minor issues like that aside, this has really been the perfect next backpack for me to get after my last one.

I always consider price when I review an item - at this price point, the backpack is a steal. It looks professional/nice like my ebags backpack but it has a much larger capacity - I snapped a picture of it with a weeks worth of dirty clothes so you can see the capacity. Plenty of pockets including a deep laptop sleeve and plenty of hidden compartments - are hidden compartments anti-theft features? Umm.. Im also a little disappointed in the charging port - I thought, naively that it was going to come with a small charger so you could charge your phone but you need to provide the charger and put it inside (not sure how it stays stable) and then, you charge your phone through the backpack connected to the charger. I dont know if they make a backpack that can hold a charge but obviously that would be better. High quality material - looks feels/expensive - its sort of a hybrid between a school backpack and a professional backpack but perfect for travel - fits under Jetblue and American seats anyway and allows you an extra carry-on since this backpack can pack a weeks worth of clothes (summer clothes shorts/tees). Really nice item and as my headline says a steal at this price - right now, the 17 one is so cheap with the coupon - do not hesitate - this item is worth way more than the price listed here! High Quality travel backpack!

This seems like a well built backpack, with plenty of pockets and space for traveling. I havent tried it, but it seems like I could fit my MacBook Pro, my 15in Lenovo laptop, and my iPad easily inside this with plenty of room leftover. The included usb cord to attach a power-packed is a nice bonus. I havent abused it traveling yet, but I doubt it will fall apart. If it does I will update my review, but it seems well constructed.
