> 24 hourI had to stop drinking carbonated beverages about 10 years ago and I hated taking caffeine in tablet form, it was all to hard on my stomach, esophagus and blood pressure. So I broke down and tried this during a long car trip and much to my joy it was wonderful. The vitamin B(s) that are added make it a smooth up and a smooth down, not a jolt yet it does far more than just caffeine would and lasts longer. I dont use it daily, but when I have to be somewhere and I am feeling sluggish I just drink this and very soon the cob webs have disappeared, my sight has cleared and I am ready to deal with what I have to do. I also have a lot of sleep issues and I can use this to stabilize my sleep pattern as well. I also enjoy mixing it with juice instead of drinking it straight, but the taste isnt bad by itself and best of all it doesnt hurt my stomach or esophagus.

> 24 hourGreat product and flavor.. BUT.. If you mail tiny bottles in a bag.. chances are it will rip and some be missing! Expensive for that chance to repeat itself. Purchasing elsewhere next round!

> 24 hourI am not certain the extra strength works any better than the regular...but for the same $$ why not. I have been taking 5 hour energy for 2 months everyday (during the work week) to get the wheels turning and have noticed a little inconsistency in the shots. Nothing huge, somedays they just work better than others...could just be me or the stress load that particular day..still a fan! I look forward to shooting this each morning knowing that I am good until lunch at least and there is no crash to speak of.

> 24 hourCant get enough of this stuff! Highly effective and keeping me alert and awake, and I find it delicious. And in this 12-pack, its far more affordably priced than what you find in the gas station. Plus, those concerned that this is simply the packaging of dangerous chemicals as an unethical cash-grab would do well to look up Manoj Bhargava, the founder of the company — and the documentary Billions in Change, which documents his use of the proceeds from 5-Hour Energy to literally solve the planets most pressing and universal problems. This man is not the stereotypical money above all else businessman, and the sales of the product are making far more difference than most of its customers realize. Im no scientist, but I think the ingredients are basically water, caffeine and amino acids. (At least thats what I tell myself. Glug glug.)

> 24 hourI get these for $2.40/bottle at the grocery store, so I love being able to get them for under $2/bottle. I have to get up for work at 5 am, so I wouldnt make it through the morning without it. Dont take it on an empty stomach, though. It seems like theyve improved the taste somewhat. I used to have to gag them down. As for the seller, these bottles came pristine in the box, no leakage. If you read the reviews of people selling the 24 packs, commenters have complained about the bottles leaking. Its worth it to pay a little more than having to mess with leaky bottles.

> 24 hourTHE BOX WAS RIPPED APART INSIDE OF THE PACKAGE ( 2nd. Time this has happen)

> 24 hourThe box was sent in an envelope, so obviously it was smashed open and all the bottles were loose in there. I guess nothing really bad happened, because the bottles were all intact. Anyway, this stuff helps keep me focused for a while when Im dying of tiredness at my very early morning job. I think part of what drags me awake is the terrible, terrible taste. Honestly, its like burning vomit with a hint of a red after taste. Its very tart on top of that.
