Simple to install. It grips the sanding disc so tightly, its hard to get it off. Which is a good thing considering the original was worn to the point that the sanding disc would fly right off as soon as you hit the on button!

My disc came apart. Could not repair it. Ran across this and took a chance. Not only was it easy to install, but its better than my original. Great buy

This is a perfect replacement for the OEM pad. This pad grips better then the original. Now my sanding disks stay on and dont fly across the room like a Frisbee. Good price too.

Did exactly what I needed. Was skeptical at first about the sand pad, but that grip is tighter than a pair of new dentures;

Perfect fit although it is not not as thick as the original and quite a bit stiffer. But works fine. Will have to wait to see how long it lasts.

I had been using my sander with the original pad for to many years and it was frustrating. My sandpaper would not hold very well with the coarser grits. I love my sander again!! I waited too long to replace mine and its a replaceable part. Lesson learned over here, I hope you replace yours!

SOMETIMES YOU ARE AFAID AT THESE PRICES NEXT TO NAME BRANDS BUT THIS IS A GREAT BARGAIN. WILL REORDER WHEN RUNNING LOW BUT IT WILL BE SOME TIME A STHESE ARE GREAT.

Pad was a perfect fit for my Milwaukee sander. I hope it doesn’t crumble and fall apart like the original. Time will tell.
