The designs are not all the way perforated or punched out. You will have plastic pieces dangling or only faintly cut out. Only buy if you have a few hours to spend punching out and in some parts, cutting, the plastic. Otherwise they are bright and large. I’m thankful I only had 20 Banners to do and bought them weeks in advance of decorating. Otherwise you will be totally stressed.

DO NOT BUY unless you have hours of your life to give up pulling out all of the negative pieces of plastic as delicately as possible so as not to rip them. Absolutely insane how these come not fully weeded. Totally regretting this purchase.

These were great for my Fiesta Theme Party. They hung up nicely and easily. I stored them away because they are good quality and can be used again. Each strand contains 10 panels. I recommend.
