I use these for general sewing and also for machine embroidery (with mostly 40 weight thread). I was thrilled to find 50 of them at a great price. I like that they have a bit of a ball tip so the fabric fibers are pushed out of the way instead of being pierced, preventing holes and fraying. I usually purchase in packs with multiple sizes, but recently went looking for an 80/12 and found that I only had one left. (Plenty of 70s and 90s.) Guess 80/12 is the size I use the most. I was really happy that they were delivered quickly. (Not sure how long that one needle will last given all the sewing I have been doing lately.)

There is nothing not to like about the product. Just tried and true sewing needles that were being sold at a great price. The problem was with Amazons delivery service. I got an email saying the product had been delivered at the front desk of my workplace. Go out; nothing there. Called Amazon and the person on the end of the line was useless. Two hours later, our regular UPS guy came in and said he found my package in the middle of the parking lot. Thanks a lot Amazon driver.
