> 3 dayI use this as a background light above my bed for reading or behind my TV whilst gaming. I recommend if you have overhead lighting that is one directional or want a mood light. Only negative would be the connector to add additional lights, if you dont purchase the EXACT same kind they will mot connect. I also plugged mine into a remote switch / timer for easier use. I cant speak to energy usage as i dont get my energy bills.

15-04-2025Soft yellow color. Went all the way around my 8 x 17 screened in porch. Have to use ty-wraps on any of the c-clips that point down because the rope is too heavy for clips alone. Could have used more clips, came with 16, about 1 every 4 feet. Bright enough to read or eat under.
