This was my first time buying this sort of product, and my first time purchasing from this vendor. The transaction went very smoothly. The ink came before I expected it to in fact. I had to wait a bit to use it before my printer needed any ink refilled. When I did use these refills I found the process to be quite simple and not messy at all. After running my printer with the new ink I found the quality of the ink to be great. I am very please with this purchase and intend to buy again in the future.

I needed replacement ink for my Epson printer, ET-2720. These came quickly and worked like a charm. I was a little concerned, because the top of the applicator was slightly different than the original version but it did not hinder the process of adding in the replacement ink. The process is very easy and pain-free. I will purchase these again and recommend them.
