> 3 dayThis is very sheer, but sturdy and good quality. I am using it to protect my new vegetable plants in my garden from insects and birds. It is working out really well. I bought the black. It isnt shading any plant using a single layer. But if I needed to protect the plants from the intense Florida sunshine all Id have to do is double it over the plant and it would act as a sunshade. Also, there is absolutely NO smell to the material.
