The tag comes with an insert on stiff paper and a plastic cover to keep it dry. I thought it would be a pocket for the card, but it’s just a single piece that covers the opening where your name goes. Unfortunately, the end where you insert the paper remains open to any rain or spill so it’s almost pointless. The grommet keeps it open too. Not a deal breaker, but you might not want these flying into Seattle. They are flexible and the construction and metal loops are great.
