> 3 dayThese bulbs do exactly what I wanted - they come on at dusk and go off at dawn all by themselves. No flickering - the problem I had when I used regular bulbs with photo-sensors. They are super bright. Excellent value too. I use them on either side of my entry door, garage doors and back deck. They appear to be long lasting as well.

Automatic day/night function works as it should, but I was immediately disappointed with the low brightness level. Based on comparison with MANY other brands and types of bulbs, I would have to estimate that these only put out around 550-600 lumens; NOT the advertised 1200 lumens claimed by the seller. If you want a bright light, look elsewhere.
