Fish died a few day after install

Filter media is to fine, clogs up quickly. I am now cleaning it a couple times before changing.

In this last shipment, the carbon had shaken out of the filters and was all over the inside of the shipping box. Usually thats not an issue. Kinda messy.

Ive used these for years and are a fair value when bought in bulk.
