I purchased this for my grandson, he is a serious gamer at 16 years old. He absolutely loved it, has had no problems with it at all!

My son liked it at first. We ended up returning though because my son said that certain keys on the keyboard would work intermittently.

This is a great product as a first time buyer with this seller. Nice RGB features with multiple setups and additional keys for replacements. Then, the mouse is also great and includes its own software. I would highly recommend!

We purchased this product for my son. After only 2 months of using the keyboard, problems started happening with keys not responding. Contacted customers service to report problem. After 3 months the main gaming keys would work sometimes and other times not. I contact customer service and no response. I have sent over 10 emails to this companys customer service and still not response. After 8 months of trying to contact these people and no response, I am giving up. Amazon said I need to work with the customer service of this company for warranty replacement. !!! DO NOT BUY FROM LEXONELEC !!! **** !!! DO NOT BUY FROM LEXONELEC !!!
