13-06-2025A Dremel tool turns fast! Mine isn’t adjustable speed, and the cone shaped brushes flare out too much for close work in tight spaces. The first one I used separated from the shank and went everywhere. I’m glad that I was wearing my glasses! You get a box full of these things for $10, so I can’t complain about the price. The flat ones seem to be a bit better made than the cone shaped ones, and if you have an adjustable speed Dremel tool or you want to mess with a drill for slower speeds, they might work better than my experience with them. I’ve even considered soldering the brush into the shank one one just to see if it works better.

Greater than one weekWires fly out all over, causes a potential safety hazard. I recommend face shield, long sleeves and gloves.

> 3 dayBought these to detail my engine, and engine compartment. Needed to get rid of corrosion, rust, and deterioration of my engines aluminum (unsure what exactly it was - pitted and discolored). These are way smaller than I was expecting, and did not last very long (especially the ones that have the perpendicular wires). With a high speed, I was going through these things at a rate of about 1 per 3-5 minutes, depending on which brush I was using. Unfortunately, they dont wear down the brushes like I was expecting (unsure if other brands do), the wires simply become detached, which results in you being pelted with little metal wires. definitely USE GOGGLES, and (assuming you are using these for a sizable amount of time - about 4 hours in my case (during which time I went through almost all 60 wire brushes)) count on having to throw away the clothes you were wearing, or spend hours picking out wires, which is even more difficult than it sounds. That said, they did the job, and Im sure glad it came with so many. If other brands have the same issue, this task would have been ridiculously expensive.

> 3 dayThese are horrible and don’t last. The wire actually comes off and then gets embedded everywhere. Over time the shanks start to bend and if you don’t turn off the dremel right away and catch it, it will destroy the machine. You have to basically feel when it’s getting warped and about to bend and then pre-maturally stop your work and swap the bit.

> 3 dayThese are fairly cheap, that is the good part, you get many of them and they work well. The downside is some of the wires are not that well attached and they fly out. I find them everywhere. Stuck in my shirt, shoes, a couple on my dog days after using it. I havent used them for 2 weeks, and just found one sticking in my shirt...

12-06-2025Items are great for light duty work but they will not fair well on big projects. got these to help scuff up our kitchen cabinet door faces. Bristles didnt stay attached very long which made us go through quite a bit more of these bits than we were hoping for.

> 3 dayIt was too harsh for my needs. But would be great for someone who need a harsh scrub or polish.

> 3 dayGood product for the cost. The conical shaped brushes flatten out at higher RPMs. The brushes don’t last too long but you get what you pay for!

> 3 dayCame in a box all mixed up. Stuck my finger twice trying to separate and organize organize them. The quality looks mediocre. We’ll see how long they last. First time that I have been disappointed in an Amazon purchase.
