6061 T6 Aluminium Metal Sheet 12 x 12 x 1/8 Inch Flat Plain Plate Panel Aluminum Sheet Plate Finely Polished and Deburred

This is a nice, thick, flat sheet of aluminum. My parrot chews things, and when she chews on towels on my bed when I watch TV, she can (and has) chewed right through to the bedcover. This piece of aluminum below her towel was just the thing I needed. I just smoothed the edges a little bit and rounded the corners.

It comes with protective layers of plastic on both sides, which is appreciated. The machine edge is straight but has lines on the edge from how it was cut, which I dont mind but some may.

11.875”x11.875” at biggest measurements. Had to remove about 1/16th of the larger side to square the piece.

I used this to patch a few holes in my boat. It arrived fairly quick with no defects whatsoever. In order to paint it (for my needs anyway) I’m gonna have to sand it down a little but that was to be expected!
