The product had super fast delivery and was in great shape upon arrival. The cartridges are compatible with my HP Envy 4520 and the printing quality is just as good as the HP cartridges that you would buy in the store for twice as much. Im looking forward to not having to buy new cartridges for a long time due to the XXL capacity. I will be buying these for the duration of owning my current printer. Buy with confidence!

As good as HP Brand in stores, but more economical

Why buy? Great value for the money. What makes this one special? The customer service. If you, like me, are nervous about using these, look no further. They work, and the company stands behind them. I did get an initial color cartridge that didnt work (I could see that one of the holes was dark, not matching the existing one in a small way. A clog?)... As soon as I let them know I wanted to return, they took action and made sure I got my replacement immediately. I was able to send back my initial order at the same time - saving me days. I was more than impressed. We actually tried (once) to refill our own, and it was a disaster - so a small clog was no big deal for me. This was a pleasant and positive experience.
