I bought the set like this set except each spool had 500M on it. I have used this set and love it. I went back and ordered the same set but with 1000M on each spool. With this set you get a chart that tells you what number corresponds to the Madeira colors. Madeira is the colors used in most embroidery designs. It is so nice buying the set with all the colors in it. Now I know when I start a design I have all the colors I need. So glad I found this Brothread. It makes embroidering so much fun.

This is the only embroidery thread that I use and Ill continue to use! The price is really reasonable and you get a wide variety of colors plus you get a color chart that is really helpful.! Ive done some designs that are pretty dense and this thread really holds up, only breaks on rare occasions and its usually something else, like Lint in the bobbin case or need a new needle!

I am gobsmacked at the presentation, quality and amount of thread I got for the price. Seriously. Each (very large) spool came well-packed in an easy-to-keep box that doesnt look terrible sitting on my sewing table. Im using a Bernina B590 with the high-speed yellow bobbin and embroidering on the highest speed possible- and yet... almost no breaks. The only breaks Ive seen Im pretty sure are a result of the pattern and not the thread. Im not sure if theyre causing any long-term buildup or anything, because it SEEMS too good to be true. So far, so good though. Seriously an incredible value.

Good colors

Luv this first tried the 500 lived and needed more went for the bigger box so happy I especially like the thread holder at bottom the 500 don’t have.

Great color selection. First adventure with machine embroidery and it made it a pleasant one to have so many colors to choose from.

My mom got me this set when I started my embroidery journey a few months ago and I have to say, I really love these colors! I’ve seen some people say only buy specific threads or their machines will act up but I haven’t had any issues with mine. And I’ve stitched a LOT! So much so that I’m running low on my favorite colors lol! #843 makes a great bright gold embellishment color! I made this towel and pot holder set using #843 and not only did it stick out beautifully but it really pops against the red of the towel (I think so at least lol!) also looks great on this teal set I made for my daughter. I haven’t had any thread break or fray so far. I will definitely buy again! Especially so I can get more of #843! Lol! ~Michelle
