It served its purpose and was easy to handle while traveling

I had a ball gown style dress and was so afraid it was going to get messed up on my way to Egypt. Not only was it not damaged, but there were no wrinkles on the dress either. I secured the dress with the buckles inside the garment bag, folded it over once so I could carry on the bag and then laid it flat on top of other overhead luggage so it wasn’t damaged. The two pockets even held my shoes (none of the gems fell off the shoes) and jewelry for the wedding. My entire outfit was in this bag and it made it to Egypt in the same condition it was in when we left. Definitely recommend this bag

It is a great product! I used for my dress to travel from USA to Portugal. Very easy to carry it! I love that you can fold in half or three parts. In one fly they put it in the suits area. The second fly didn’t have suits area so I folded in three parts and I put it in from of me. Great quality! Totally recommend it! I’m super happy with the product and my dress is safe!

I returned this garment bag because I simply could not figure out how to fold it properly so that the handles aligned in such a way that the entire bag would be easy to carry and transport. It always just wound up looking ridiculous and floppy. I muddled around with it for many minutes when I first received it while it was still empty, and then I imagined what it would be like once I placed two dresses in it- and I lost patience. For me this garment bag just will not do at all for my regular travels. I have ordered a sturdier zip-up wheeled garment bag that is large enough for my needs yet still small enough for carry-on.

Took my wedding dress as a purchased carry-on in Spirit airlines. Very very useful.
