UPDATE: Contacted customer support and they agreed to ship me a new, improved bag at n/c. Nice bag but snaps on carry handles snap open with the slightest amount of weight in the bag. Carry handles have these snaps that are supposed to make the strap longer. Unfortunately these come loose and the strap is too long results in bag dragging on ground. Might have to sew the straps shut in shorter position but it should not do this right out of the box. Two pockets on either side will hold some socks, underwear and toiletries but dont expect to pack too much into this. I notice that the item pictured has adjustable carry straps with no snaps! Whats up with that?

Used this for my tux rental for a destination wedding. It held everything I needed and was one of the rare bags that fold in the middle with a handle so I could count this as a carry on instead of checked. I dont do a lot of traveling so durability is to be determined but initial impressions are good, not junk.

Best garment bag Ive ever owned. I love that you can carry it by hand the straps are very sturdy for that and the shoulder strap is also very sturdy and adjustable. If you dont fill the garment bag it will fold when you use the shoulder strap meaning kind of Buckle in the middle. It is very thick sturdy material with pockets, place for your hangers. Theres a hook inside. It was perfect and the price was amazing. Overall I highly recommend his garment bag.

This is really neat bag design. The fact the the handles can be snapped to either make this bag a shoulder tote or something to simply carry in-hand made this a very easy purchase decision for me. There is plenty of room for multiple days worth of dress clothes, and the separate D-rings inside make it much easier to have clothes spread out in the bag instead of having all the hangers lumped together.

The inside zipper broke off the first time I zipped it up at home as I was packing for my trip. I bought this to transport my wedding dress and it’s too late to buy a replacement. Very disappointed in the quality. It is also unusable now because there is no way to zip it back up in the inside.

Purchased this for my wedding dress (destination wedding). I was able to fit my dress (fitted dress with large train), husbands suit, and out wedding shoes. Had plenty of space for more but that’s all we needed. Carried this on the plane and had no problem. Great buy and super durable!
