I curate a cabin at a Boy Scout camp and there is a section that is dark at night. I thought about getting a length of LED strip lights but the ones I tried, the LEDs were too bright a pinpoint. These SINGCHUNGTE rope lights are encased in a length of tubing, protected from damage, and I think they will be jus the ting to ight the dark corners of our cabin. I did a test run in the hallway basement of my house and I think they will do the trick. They would also be a great accent for your porch or deck railing or any other outside house accent you would like. Good on SINGCHUNGTE! This is a very nice set of string lights.

I bought this to replace some old lights in my home theater and it turns out these lights are not very bright at all. They seem very dim. They are nice and I loke how long they are but just not quite what I had envisioned.

These rope lights are super beautiful. They light up with a variety of colors and brighten a room. I used them to decorate my daughters room and she is obsessed. They were also super easy to put up and use.

The lights themselves give off a nice yellow glow but they aren’t the brightest. Don’t expect to use as a main source of light, more like an accent lighting effect.

66, 200 LED, Plug-in, 8-Modes, Rope Lights in Clear PVC All 8 modes work great; there isnt a normal remote control that you hold in your hand, instead there is a white button on the plug that you press to cycle through to the mode you want. Whats helpful: the modes are written on the plug. The PVC is clear & flexible, & the lights are bright. These look great in darkened room. Price is fair for lights that can go inside/outside (Id be concerned about the plug outside though).

These rope lights are durable and easy to set up! very bright and they dont run hot an melt like previous ones Ive bought. Great in length as well

This doesnt really seem to give off light that illuminates an area during the evening/night. It rather just adds some ambiance. It is simple to use and quite flexible. I like the long cord to plug it in.
