I felt compelled to write a review because my 18 months old loves this set. It arrived within the same day the order was placed. It is well-made and sturdy. Some of the fruits and vegetables come with impressive details. The cutting boards were a bit too small.

I was looking forward to getting these for my 2 girls. I was disappointed in the quality and feel of the items. My daughter said she doesn’t like that they’re loud and when you cut the fruits/veggies with the knife, it makes a loud noise (when the knife goes through and hits the cutting board

My grandkids love these, every time they come over they pretend to cook for me! I also got fake coins and bills off Amazon and I am teaching them about money; how to make change and identify the coins and bills. Lots of fun!!

Its not just your your normal slice food kit! You actually have to shuck the corn and peas before you cut them! And you have to peal the egg before slicing! Very realistic. And the velcro makes a very satisfying cutting sound.

My girl loves this set of toys. It’s important to have interactive play with young toddlers and this serves the purpose. It’s the perfect complimentary toy to her kitchen play set. She loves to cut and cook these veggies/fruits in her little kitchen. When we play, she learns about the names of common fruits and vegetables as well as their colors. It’s very nice to have so many pieces to play with but it also takes time to clean up since there’s so many pieces.

The 70 count is the sum of all parts, consisting of the fruit halfs as stated in the detailed description and NOT the product title. This product is a total of 35 items pretend play food set for toddlers: 26 different kinds of play fruit and vegetables (can be separated into 61 small pieces), a toy grocery basket, 2 cutting boards, 2 kitchen knives, and 4 dinner plates. In addition, the plates, cutting boards, and knives are extremely small. All fruits and vegetables are similar in size and are very light weight. I have purchased better quality play cut-in-half fruit from Target. The only upside is the price is decent for what you get.

I have went through several similar items with my 3 children and my kids have been the happiest with this one. My 8 year old was impressed with the details especially with the egg, corn and banana. Even the inside of the fruits had better detail. She shows everyone.

The basket was broken when I opened it. Tried to get a replacement but had to send the original item back to the seller. So I just gave them to my kid without a basket. And the items inside basket kind of looked like used before. This is so annoying!
