7739 Hardside Luggage Trunk with Spinner Wheels, White, Carry-On 19-Inch

I ordered what I thought The description says 2 piece but only one piece was received. Seems decent quality but if I had known it was 1 piece I would’ve ordered another brand that came as a set. Now I have to go buy another

No option to request for replacement, but refund. Plastic bag was already ripped. It was like a return product was sent to me. Eh...

I got the white carry-on. Beautiful suitcase, but you can immediately tell that the build quality is subpar. The telescoping handle gets stuck sometimes, the zippers arent smooth, the corners of the suitcase arent all flush the same - you can just tell its very cheaply made once you get a closer look. However, it is very light, rolls good, looks great and will likely serve its purpose. Not too worried since carry-ons only take as much of a beating as you give them.

Not sure why the people writing these reviews about only receiving one bag aren’t checking inside of the larger bag. The smaller bag is packaged inside of the bigger one. Obviously they aren’t going to send them separately when one can fit inside of the other. Luggage is beautiful but unfortunately had to return because the handle on the smaller bag didn’t return to home position. Otherwise would have loved to keep.

I read reviews when I first purchased these and decided that I would buy them because of their “look.” They are a nice looking set. I have received a ton of compliments. The carry-on is doing fine. The larger suitcase is already torn. The brown accent has ripped off already (second trip). The brown accent looks cheap and it is. I knew that I should have returned then when I received them, but I needed to use them right away. They are very pretty, but not worth the money.

Be careful ordering this set. I thought it was very clear it’s a 2 pc set…. When you open the box the forget to tell you it’s only 1. Very unimpressed with this order how do you not know 1 from 2? Good lord the world is gonna crumble.

I ordered one size of the Swiss Gear luggage, but got a smaller size (even though the order went through with the size Id specified. Thats the only complaint I have about the order. The product itself is fantastic. The wheels spin and roll beautifully, the handle is easy to extend and lock into place at your preferred height.
