You definitely have to wipe the balloon to get the shine other wise it will stay milky. But overall it does what its supposed to do.

At first I thought it would not work but then after maybe 2 hrs they were “Boom” ….all shiny. Loved it. But you’ll have to spray it couple of inches apart otherwise it would smudge and looked bad.

You will waste your money. DONT BUY IT.

Used for a balloon garland and it gave the balloons a good shine that lasted.

It left spots on my balloons and didn’t give an even shine. It also left the floor around the balloons super oily. Would have returned but the window closed.

Some balloons would not take the spray.
