This was the perfect thing to help us prop doors open! We have two cats who’s litter box is in a spare guest room closet, we got this so that our family wouldn’t accidentally close doors and lock our cats out of their litter box. This was a great solution to that issue!

It does what its made for

We bought these because the door to the room with the cat box in it would close on its own. Now our cat has enough room to paw open the door to go to the bathroom whenever he needs to. We put them on :top: of the door closer to the hinge to allow for more space at the opening. These work great for what we needed!

Overall this is a great product. I have three boys ages 1, 3, and 4 so these were definitely needed in our house. They work exactly how theyre intended to work. The only negative is that if an angry 3 year old is throwing a tantrum and slams the door hard enough, they may break in half.
