Used to line the back of a post-surgical boot. Provided enough cushioning where needed to avoid hot-spots from developing on heel.

This item compresses slowly, better quality.

The adhesive pads are larger than the foam padding and not all are the exact same size.

The term neoprene to me means the tough wearing material that wet suits and boots are made of. But, this padding is not durable in that way at all. I used it as a foot pad in my Kayak but after a couple of paddles it is now breaking off in chunks even though I wear nothing but soft water shoes. Very disappointing.

I got placed into a permanent carbon fiber brace. I bought these pads to try to soften up areas that were rubbing on my leg. Worked perfectly! Now the brace is actually comfortable.

I needed soft 1/2” spacers to frame an oil painting. These worked as needed.

you have to be very careful to put your washer and dryer in place on the first try or else it ruins the pads

The adhesive is so strong that I couldn’t remove it without destroying the whole foam pad. Extremely frustrating.

Needed to have a pad between between my hardtop and the windshield pillar trim..this worked for what I needed. I cut to size
