> 3 dayPlease do not get me wrong as it is I am one of the strongest proponents of Silicone Bed Mounts I really am. Here is my argument FOR Silicone Bed Mounts: The reason that Silicone is FAR and I mean FAR superior as a bed mount compared to Metallic based springs is due to a simple argument called stored energy. Metallic based springs have significantly more stored energy when in their compressed state compared to that of silicone based mounts (when compared in a similar shape for both the metallic springs and the silicone based bed mounts ie both are cylindrical and go around the bed screws <<<<----- this is what I am comparing as to keep apples to apples as much as possible). If lets say you had a gun of sorts like a sling shot but could mount the metallic and or silicone based bed springs/mounts. I guarantee whenever you instantly release the metallic based springs from their compressed / energized state that would fly significantly further than that of the silicone based bed mount. Simple argument right? Its really that simple. So now lets think about Metallic based springs that are compressed under your bed/print surface. Any sort of movement, especially the faster you print, only assists the springs in their efforts to go back into their uncompressed unenergized state and thus makes your bed become unlevel significantly faster than that of its silicone counterpart that performs the same function. Every single time you lift a print off of the bed surface whether it be through a lot of effort or not much effort at all, regardless of the amount of effort it took to get that print off that little bit of wiggling only angered the metallic spring in such a way that it made your bed unlevel. Those metallic based springs when in their compressed state are trying to move in any sort of direction (literally) possible in order to return to their uncompressed state. Imagine when you pinch a spring in between your thumb and fingers. Remember how that spring will try to wiggle in any sort of direction possible in order to become uncompressed again? That is the beauty of springs when in a very constrained environment and yes the bed screw does place the metallic spring in a somewhat limited yet constrained environment though regardless it is still trying every possible which a way to become uncompressed again. SO yeah that is the beauty of metallic springs but it is a curse for the leveling of your bed. Ive heard some argue oh well you need to tighten the springs all the way down til they cant compress no more then loosen three turns or something of that nature. Rubbish I tell you!!!! Absolute rubbish. Yeah that might be the best way to make metallic based springs work well but that is simply NOT needed at all with silicone based bed mounts. Ok I think Ive beat the horse dead so if I have not convinced you at this point that silicone bed mounts are the ideal material/solution for a more consistently level bed then I dont know how much more I could say to convince you otherwise cause you are clueless and maybe 3D Printing isnt for you!!!!!!!! LOLS Now about this particular Solid Column Silicone Bed Mounts. There was not any sort of Solid Column in my order of Silicone Bed Mounts. I even cut 4 of them open to have a look inside to if there was in fact a solid column of which I found none. This is disappointing cause the only thing I could see as better than silicone is silicone with a solid column embedded inside as to aid the silicone in maintaining an even more level bed over a longer period of time than they would normally. WHich by the way is a much more considerable length of level/tram time than compared to that of its Metallic based bed spring/mounts. Ok that is all Ive got I just wished that I would have got the silicone mounts that actually had a solid column other than that for 7.59 USD getting a total of 8 silicone bed mounts is a really good deal IMHO and isnt too too disappointing if you dont get the solid column in your order. BUT if you already have silicone bed mounts like myself and are looking for an even longer length of time on your bed being level like the solid column inside silicone can offer then Id order a different brand cause this particular order I got was disappointing to say the least!!!!!!!!!!!

> 3 dayI don’t know why there is a difference between the orange and black spacers, but the orange are better and often cheaper than the black version.

Greater than one weekThis was an easy install and an upgrade for my voxelab aquila. I had no issues and easy to level and balancing the heat plate when printing projects. It is definitely a great investment for the price. It also came with an extra set! 10/10 in my book!

> 3 dayThese are really made for a beveled screw as they are cut for them so there is a cup of you dont have them and my CRX pro didnt come with them so its not 100% match and made adjustments with autolevel and didnt see much of a difference that manual as I still have to adjust the Z offset -+ 1-.50

> 3 daySeem like quality silicone spacers. All are the exact same height. Even only being a 7 pack, probably the best priced spacers. But I now can only convert 1 printer instead of 2, so Im a bit disappointed.

Greater than one weekThe OEM springs are OK. The upgrade springs are probably better, but I am absolutely loving these! I got my bed set, and haven’t had to make an adjustment in a month! Heat doesn’t affect them, and neither should constant compression. These are great!!

> 3 dayFor an ender 3 bed there should be one that is a little bit shorter so that it fits well under the heated bed cable brace, well in this kit there is not a shorter one it is 8 or the same size. You can still make it work by tightening down the one with the brace alot but i would reccomend just finding some that are the right size. Please dont waste your money like i did.

> 3 dayI have these and others like it on all 5 of my printers, some of which have auto leveling on them. I still have to level all of my printers that dont have auto each and every time before I print. Either I am doing stuff wrong or the hype isnt what its cracked up to be. They do though help mitigate the ringing in prints so theres that. For the price they arent too bad.

> 3 dayDo not hesitate to upgrade your bed. The stock springs are garbage. These worked for me. I first got them as rich by as they’d go. Raised the z axis and leveled from there. Prints have come out much smoother and haven’t releveled the bed in a week.
