Unit works as advertised.. I take a star as I find it looks a little goofy with the long arm.. But as I say that, I find that the arm was a necessary requirement for a tub application.. So in retrospect , could say 5 out of 5..

I love this shower head. I gifted this one to my sister but when she opened the package there were no instructions included. Luckily, I installed a similar shower head and was able to help her.

Loved the product was incompatible with what fixtures I had so had to return it.

For the price this is well made. The square head makes for a delightful experience. Like been under gentle rain. The extension arm is well made and not flimsy. Liked so much bought another.

The shower head works fine, but I feel the water flow is very high. Displacement of water during a shower is a lot. I installed a water control valve and now I am happy with the results.

Should have bought this rain shower head long ago. It is exactly as described. The water flow is soft and rich. I could stand under the rain shower rinsing me for hours. Great product. Highly recommend.

Wanted to take the time to leave a review as this product has met my expectations in every way. Comes with extra washers, set screw, plumbers tape, and even an allen key for installation. I had no problems installing the product and it has been solid. Only thing I would recommend is ordering a water flow control valve to go along with this product. This thing moves a lot of water and I enjoy it.
