The only problem I have ever had with my tablet is that after 4 years I have trouble getting it to fully charge. The plug outlet can be damaged while the cable is attached, so that to continue to charge you have to get the cable to sit in a certain position.

How loudly can I yell from the rooftops....piece of crap! SLOW. Locks up. Unresponsive screen. Perhaps I have a lemon unit, and its too late to return this waste of money. I spend more time being frustrated, that actually using it.

This it is in beautiful condition brand new. Would suggest to anyone.

Great price. Tablet came in excellent condition. Couldnt even tell it was used. Tablet came with a new usb power cord as well. That was a nice surprise. Very happy customer.

Good tablet but slow for the everyday computer geek (myself) it becomes frustrating waiting for it to catch up with typing, web searching and having multiple windows open....guess I should have spent a lot more for what I was looking for. Overall battery life is good and reading mode lighting is nice and cuts down on the blue light.

Good price for what it is but completely useless if you don t have Wi-Fi at home or Wi-Fi code.

This product shuts off after a minute of use. I contacted support back when I bought it and they gave me some instructions. They did not do the trick and this has pretty much been a paper weight for me. I was frustrated by lack of quality support and honestly gave up but got no use out of this item.
