The Boot files on my cpu became corrupted and it would not start. This DVD allowed me to bypass windows 10 completely and go right to the system repair to fix the damaged files. The whole process took about 20 minutes and my cpu is now working perfectly again.

Easy to use and works as described

Worked perfectly. My computer was completely trashed re: OS software. Hard drive partitions wiped etc. and this got me running again. I had everything backed up, though.

Total waste of time

Did not work for me after replacing hard drive. Could not get computer to detect

Actually, it could not very good for You to solve windows 10 problems yourself , if you are not expert. My suggestion is just visit Microsoft store to solve windows problem, it is free.

im no computer wiz by any means. but my blue error screen is gone. my win10 is like new!

It worked great. It cleared up all the issues that bogged me down and left with a very usable hard drive.

I was a bit skeptical that this would work as advertised. But I was highly pleased that the software worked exactly as described. This proved to be a valuable purchase!
