Didnt work. Kept getting the same error regarding -- boot up file missing, use boot up device, etc. Had to take laptop in for repair.

This disc worked like a charm, did everything it was supposed to with excellent easy on screen instructions. I have used other recovery discs before on other windows o.s. and this was the first one that worked without any sort of a hitch. EXCELLENT PRODUCT THAT I WOULD RECOMMEND.

Useless disk. Even after selecting boot from DVD Windows continues to be unable to restore or repair anything.

Mostly just like any recovery disk a user can create using their Windows program. So not worth buying for additional support.

This CD saved my friend’s bacon when his Windows system files got corrupted. The CD was able to reinstall his system files after he inadvertently shut down his PC during a Microsoft update. Best money I spent in a crunch!

I dont know why but it did not work for me.
